The Consulate General of Switzerland in Vancouver, in partnership with SKY Switzerland, is pleased to present a special screening of THE BELONGING.
Taking place on the eve of the Switzerland vs. Canada FIFA World Cup 2026™ match in Vancouver, this event brings together football fans, members of the Swiss community, and guests for an evening celebrating sport, identity, and belonging.
THE BELONGING follows the personal journeys of Swiss football players Ivan Rakitić, Breel Embolo, Manuel Akanji, and Albian Hajdari. The series explores their connection to Switzerland and reflects on what belonging means, both on and off the pitch.
The evening will feature a screening of Episode 1, followed by a Q&A with special guests.
The episode will be shown with English subtitles.
This event is free and open to the public. Advance registration is required, and seating is limited.
