Data capture for passports and identity cards
Mobile biometric missions are organized periodically by the Consulate General of Switzerland in Montreal and the Consulate General of Switzerland in Vancouver.
They allow Swiss citizens residing far from their consulate to complete the biometric data capture required for the renewal of a passport and/or identity card locally.
The sessions listed below are offered according to needs and available resources.

Important information
Persons whose identity documents have already expired or will expire in the coming months are considered a priority.
Before an appointment can be scheduled, personal data must be fully up to date with the Swiss authorities.
Any change in civil status (marriage, divorce, change of name, etc.) must be reported without delay to the competent Swiss representation.
