The Safe House – Special Screening in Montréal

The Consulate General of Switzerland in Montréal, in collaboration with Cinéma Public, presents a screening of "The Safe House" (La Cache), directed by Lionel Baier.

Starring Michel Blanc, the film follows the perspective of nine-year-old Christophe, who experiences the events of May 1968 while hiding at his grandparents’ apartment in Paris. As the family gathers around a mysterious hiding place, long-buried secrets gradually come to light.

This screening forms part of this year’s celebrations marking Switzerland’s 30 years of membership in the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie.
